Course Overview:

This exciting and dynamic 3-day course, fully updated for ITIL 2011, introduces learners to the lifecycle of managing IT services to deliver to business expectations. As well as an engaging, case study based approach to learning the core disciplines of the ITIL best practice, this course also positions the student to successfully complete the associated exam, required for entry into the future ITIL intermediate level training courses.

Certification

To be an ITIL ® Foundation certified the student has to: Take up the ITIL ® Foundation exam and get a pass score of 65% (26 out of 40 questions). Upon successful passing of the ITIL Foundation exam, the student will be recognized with 2 credits in the ITIL qualification scheme

Course Overview:

This 3-day course immerses learners in the overall concepts, processes, policies and methods associated with the Service Strategy phase of the Service Lifecycle.

Certification

To be an ITIL® Service Strategy Lifecycle certified, the student has to Have evidence of ITIL Foundation Certificate and completion of Service Strategy Lifecycle course from an Accredited Training Provider is required to sit the exam. Should get a pass score of 28/40 or 70%. Upon successful passing of the ITIL Service Strategy Lifecycle exam, the student will be recognized with 3 credits in the ITIL qualification scheme.

This 3-day course immerses learners in the overall concepts, processes, policies and methods associated with the Service Design phase of the Service Lifecycle.

To be an ITIL® Service Design Lifecycle certified the student has to Have evidence of ITIL Foundation Certificate and completion of Service Design Lifecycle course from an Accredited Training Provider is required to sit the exam Take up the ITIL® Service Design Lifecycle exam and get a pass score of 28/40 or 70% Upon successful passing of the ITIL Service Design Lifecycle exam, the student will be recognized with 3 credits in the ITIL qualification scheme.

Course Overview:

It is a 10-day classroom course (4 days + 4 days + 2 days) + 55 hours of self-paced online self-study (see diagram A below), OR (3 days + 5 days + 2 days) + 55 hours of self-paced online self-study The ITIL Expert Program is designed for participants who would like to fast track their ITIL Expert Certification. Through a mix of self-paced study and instructor-led interactive teaching, you can leverage time to your advantage while working toward the highest level of internationally recognized certification available in the ITIL domain.

Certification

All Lifecycle Exams must be completed prior to attending the MALC component of the course. The Pass score is 28/40 or 70% for Intermediate courses and 35/50 or 70% for MALC. On successfully passing the ITIL Intermediate exams, the candidate will gain 3 credits per exam in the ITIL qualification scheme per Lifecycle module. The five Lifecycle exams will provide a total of 15 credits. On successfully passing the ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle exam, the candidate will gain 5 credits in the ITIL qualification scheme.

Course Overview:

The ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle Certificate (MALC) is the final component that leads to the ITIL Expert in IT Service Management qualification. This course is available as a 5-day Classroom training program, as well as a 2-day Blended training course

Certification

Must have the ITIL Foundation Certificate (2 credits) and have obtained a minimum of 15 credits through formal Service Lifecycle or Service Capability certification streams and have completed the Managing Across the Lifecycle course from an Accredited Training Provider in order to sit the exam. Take up the ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle exam and get a pass score of 35/50 or 70%. Upon successful passing of the ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle exam, the student will be recognized with 5 credits in the ITIL qualification scheme.

ITIL® Service Offerings and Agreements Capability

Course Overview:

This 5-day course immerses learners in the practical aspects of the ITIL Service Lifecycle and processes associated with the Service Offerings and Agreements of services.

Certification

To be an ITIL® SOA Capability certified the student has to: Evidence of ITIL Foundation Certificate and completion of Service Offerings and Agreements Capability course from an Accredited Training Provider is required to sit the exam Take up the ITIL® SOA Capability exam and get a pass score of 28/40 or 70% Upon successful passing of the ITIL Service Offerings and Agreements Capability exam, the student will be recognized with 4 credits in the ITIL qualification scheme.

Course Overview:

This intensive, 12-day classroom course (5 days + 5 days + 2 days) + 55 hours online self-study is designed for practitioners who would like to fast-track their ITIL Expert Certification. The program enables participants to achieve a better understanding of the Service Lifecycle and the processes associated with all the Capability modules [Planning, Protection, and Optimization (PPO), Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA), Operational Support & Analysis (OSA), and Release, Control, and Validation (RCV)]

Certification

All Capability Exams must be completed prior to attending the MALC component of the course. The Pass score is 28/40 or 70% for Capability Intermediate courses and 35/50 or 70% for MALC. Upon successfully passing the ITIL Capability Intermediate exams, the candidate will be recognized with 4 credits per exam in the ITIL qualification scheme. The four Capability exams will provide a total of 16 credits. On successfully passing the ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle exam, the candidate will be recognized 5 credits in the ITIL qualification scheme
